Many people go on vacations to get away from everything and deal with the stress they've taken on. We haven't found the time to take that break, even since we were first engaged a while back. We've been on vacation for a week, and I will say we've had a lot of fun with it so far.
Even though this is supposed to be an escape for us, I've found that the engagement is still something I'm thinking about. The wedding is a big thing for us, so it's naïve of me to think I'd really be able to forget about it, even on vacation.
I do have so much on my mind, but even with that, I've definitely been enjoying our getaway as much as possible for me. I'm the only one left to decide, as my fiancée has already made up his mind. Even though there are still many decisions to be made, they've really been left up to myself. I've still got to carry everything the rest of the way to the ceremony, and it's been helpful to have my family supporting me while things have gotten tougher. We've also revieced plenty of information and service with the companies we've worked with. Finding the perfect diamond engagement rings was made easy for us. We were able to choose wedding rings, and I was able to choose a gown with the information we'd gained. Having our very own certified diamond gemologist helping us focus on more important tasks. Obviously, I have a lot of things ahead of me, but with the help I've already gotten, I know I can make up my mind.
I've been paying a lot of attention, and have discovered that decisions are greatly affected by the amount of stress you contract. I need to be able to focus on my goals and aspirations, so it's been increasingly important for me to find a way to deal with my stress.
When I think about what we've already done, it's been so exciting with everything and everyone we've already encountered. Even though there's only 3 more days until we return, we're trying to squeeze in as much as we can while it's still feasible.
